Where Should You Host a Client Pitch Meeting?

If you ever have to pitch to clients you’ll know how important it can be to go the extra mile to impress. And that can often mean choosing a venue to host your client pitch meeting that’s outside the office. If your job is involves being creative and coming up with attention-grabbing ideas making sure that your surroundings are creative too can be key. At HeadBox we’re all about inspiring and creative Spaces and venues – so here are some ideas for where to host that pitch out of the office!

Someone Else’s Office

Get out of your own office . . . and into someone else’s! These Spaces might just be the perfect combination of creativity and original thinking. We’re fans of the co-working vibe here at The Collective: den collective

A Screening Room

If you’re pitching for some big business with an existing client and are going all out with visuals and video then do it somewhere smart and sleek. Somewhere that gets across how serious you are about their project, and how professional you are too!

A Quirky Meeting Room

In an off-site meeting room space there are no distractions, no interruptions and it will also get your entire team in a different frame of mind. It can be a good way of making sure your own team are pepped up for the big pitch! We like this one on St John Street: st john st

A Private Dining Room

If your pitch is more about interspersing business ideas with getting to know the client, a private dining room can be the perfect space. There is privacy, but the atmosphere too, and its less-pressured than an office space. One of our favourites is The Coterie, Clerkenwell (pictured above, main image).

At HeadBox we have a collection of almost 3,000 creative and inspiring offsite venues. Browse our Spaces and then book and pay for the perfect venue online on our simple-to-use platform!
