This week we’re bringing you our second guest blog post from Hannah Luffman, HeadBox Ambassador and Managing Director of Unicorn Events Ltd.
Happiness lives on at HeadBox – How to Energise and Inspire Your Team
With a trend for wellness and creativity workshops going strong in London we are focusing on hidden gems that are the perfect solution for small group inspiration days.
Healthy mind, healthy business is the motto of the day. And what better way to achieve that than booking a space with happiness built in? Inspire your team with one of these stunning venues.
Bumpkin South Kensington is an affordable London Space, perfect to hire as a meeting venue away from the office that will be sure to inspire.
Our personal happiness points are awarded to the first floor Space due to its gorgeous windows and streams of natural lights. The décor has a beautiful John Lewis Home feel and the tiny details are to die for.
The mismatched chairs and floral wallpaper create the ambience of a country retreat, even whilst being in the city.
It is a room with a full-size table-tennis table right in the middle. What more could you want when trying to inspire a work/life balance?
Creativity driven through play is not a new concept; it reminds us of our childhood and the magic of only having one thing to worry about at a time.
Accommodating up to 32 people seated or 50 standing, the Games Room provides an irreverent backdrop for your corporate event or private celebration. Shelves in The Games Room are lined with books and curiosities for extra inspiration.
This secret gem of a hotel in the middle of our great city is a HeadBox favourite. What looks like a regular Crowne Plaza from the front actually houses a one-acre secret garden out the back.
The Garden Room is suitable for up to 15 people in a U-shaped seating plan. The room has natural daylight with doors that open out onto ‘The Happiness Garden’ (Disclaimer: we just made that name up).
The Garden Room also has a unique elegant breakout space called The Library where you can serve refreshments and lunch. Secret Gardens guarantee happiness, trust us.
It’s a playroom. A room designed for play. The room your friends had when you were growing up and you still had to keep your toys in a box.
The apartment at The Hoxton Holborn has a range of different rooms but we like the play and learn approach. The room offers a 65” plasma-screen television, WiFi for all guests, natural daylight, flip charts, pads, pens – all that you might need for your grown-up colouring session.
