1. Vue Leicester Square


Located on London’s prestigious Leicester Square, Vue West End is perfectly suited for conferences, presentations, AGM’s and corporate private screenings.
With nine screens ranging from 79-270 seats, and the ability to take over multiple screens or the entire site, there is flexibility available to suit all your needs.
The ability to take over the bar area for your event also allows for private catering for up to 300 pax, either for your corporate event during the day or to recreate your own red carpet experience on the famous Leicester Square.

2. ODEON BFI IMAX


Some of the best, state of the art screening rooms can be found at ODEON BFI IMAX. These impressive screening rooms feature theatre seating for up to 500 people, 12,000 watt digital surround sound and a 30m x 26m HD screen. 
This venue is sure to wow your guests and grants them an immersive experience whether it be for a private screening or conference.  To really amp up your event, it’s also possible to hire the foyer for a private drinks reception before enjoying the presentation.
This wonderful theatre is located ideally next to Waterloo station making it incredibly accessible for all your guests whether they are from London or beyond.

3. Anomalous Space

Through an archway you can see a photography studio with white walls and lighting equipment Anomalous Space or ‘ASPACE’ located in Islington is a multi-use event space which can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated event.
This space is split into two distinct areas, one of which is the screening room / photographic studio, which is home to a large projector and screen. This area is great for presentations and meetings and gets lots of natural daylight from an elegant skylight.
Right next to the Screening room is a comfy lounge area with an open fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette and 60″ Plasma Screen. So if you’re looking for a new space to create, connect or inspire, look no further.

4. Everyman, Islington

This versatile Space can be used for live events, presentation screenings and music performances for up to 125 guests during a seated event. Packed with cinema elegance and glamour, your event at the Everyman Screen in Islington will definitely be unique.

5. Everyman, Canary Wharf

The walls to the screening room are black with lights on the sides and spotlights on the ceiling. Everyman Canary Wharf has three individual auditoriums, which can accommodate anything from 10 to 100 people. Ideal for presentations, seminars and Q&As, you can treat your clients or customers to an event they won’t forget in a hurry.
Everyman Canary Wharf also has a large foyer and bar area, which is the perfect place to meet before making your way through to the state-of-the-art screening rooms. There’s also a fabulous selection of delicious hot food and drinks which will help to cater to all your event needs.

6. Century Club

The Green Room at the Century Club is a stylish space tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central Soho. It can accommodate up to 90 guests for a theatre-style setup.
Bursting with cool elegance, Century Club offers a variety of event rooms that can be hired for private use, including a chic screening room.
This space is used for a range of events from live music performances to product launches, formal presentations and private parties, and can be adapted for private film screenings. The Green Room comes equipped with a full alcohol licence at the bar and complimentary WiFi.

6. Close-Up

a monochrome cinema with folded up chairs that are all facing the screen. Located in the heart of Shoreditch, Close-Up is the ideal venue for all your screening needs! Whether that’s hosting a press screening, corporate event, presentation, conference or private party!
This space is a state-of-the-art 40-seat cinema, which is fully equipped with 2K NEC D-cinema projectors and 2 x Kinoton FP30-D 35mm projectors, Dolby 5.1 surround, and adjustable screen masking to accommodate any aspect ratio. There’s also a café and a fully-licensed bar which offers a unique setting for you and your guests. This is the venue for a truly bespoke event.
