Welcome to CIEE London.

We like to show off our favourite Spaces and this time we’ve dedicated our HeadBox Hotspot to the CIEE. Otherwise known as the Council on International Education Exchange.
Each Space has their own individual charm whilst remaining professional and functional with everything you need.

CIEE London has Spaces across the city, perfect for a dependable conference room or a last-minute meeting room in the city. CIEE offers practical Spaces for meetings or conferences.
Whether you want a quirky Space full of ambiance or you’re after a more corporate affair. CIEE has Spaces to suit your needs. But that’s enough talk for now, it’s about time we introduced the Spaces.

1. Kew Room

In the recently renovated Georgian property on Russell Square, the Kew meeting room comes fully equipped with AV equipment and individual desks. Which can accommodate 16 people in a classroom style.
The compact space is flooded with natural daylight and great for team workshops, smaller training sessions or meetings room hire in London.


2. The Study Board Room

Located on the ground floor the Study Board Room can accommodate up to 10 Guests. It’s the perfect meeting room venue for that all important board meeting or presentation.
The Study is a traditional meeting room with unique furnishings and plenty of natural light. The Space can be hired for full day, half day or evenings.

3. Wimbledon Room

The Wimbledon meeting room at Russell Square is perfect for a board meeting or small conference, with a flexible capacity between 10-18 those all important meetings can happen with ease.
Super simple but with everything you need. The Wimbledon room is the perfect London venue hire for your next offsite meeting.

4. The Lounge

With plush leather chairs and vibrant wall art The Lounge looks directly out onto Russell Square. The relaxed Space is great for more informal catch-ups or if your team is in need of a little inspiration.
The Lounge leads to the CIEE’s exclusive outdoor space and is next to the cafe, both of which can be used as breakout areas.


5. The Auditorium

The Notting Hill, Auditorium is a modern and exciting auditorium space perfect for conferences, screenings, workshops and seminars.
The Space benefits from floor to ceiling windows, filling it with natural light.
With a capacity of anywhere between 22 and 54, depending on the layout, The Auditorium benefits from wireless internet, a projector and large screen. The perfect London venue hire for a conference in West London.

6. Mayfair Room

In the Mayfair Room simplicity is key, with everything you need and with a maximum capacity of 36 this Space is perfect for your next offsite meeting of training day.

7. The Terrace

Finding outdoor Space in the city can sometimes be tricky. But the Terrace at CIEE London offers just that. 

In the heart of the city, ideally located in zone 1, The Terrace faces the Duke of Bedford’s gardens and can accommodate up to 50 people.

So whether you want a summer BBQ or an outdoor space for your team building event, the Terrace at CIEE is the Space for you.
