1. The Long Room
The Long Room is an elegant, spacious room that offers stunning views of the Artillery Garden and beyond.
When adorned with lit candles, soft lighting and with musicians playing from the minstrels above, the room becomes the perfect atmospheric setting for an evening dinner, company celebration or cocktail party.
The Long Room has Space for up to 160 Guests seated at round tables. The adjoining Court Room and Medal Rooms perfect for pre-drinks or for welcoming Guests.
2. Ante Room
For more intimate gatherings the Ante Room is the perfect location.
The Ante Room is a secluded spot hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ideal for anything from small conferences and team away days to Christmas Parties and networking events.
With long windows and high ceilings, the Ante Room is a light and airy Space. It can be used in conjunction with the Queen’s Room opposite, either as a breakout Space or a separate meeting room.
3. Medal Room
For a board meeting or presentation, the Medal Room is a fine option. Lined with medals that have been awarded to members of the HAC over the years, you won’t be short of topics of conversation in this room.
The Medal Room can host between 12 and 20 Guests and can be used as a dinner or lunch venue as well as for offsites and meetings.
4. Prince Consort Rooms
Modern, state-of-the-art but with plenty of style and character, the Prince Consort Rooms are the HAC’s hidden gem.
With in-built atmospheric lighting and LED colour change lifters, the Prince Consort Rooms has quickly become one of the city’s most popular event Spaces.
The room benefits from its own private courtyard and retains the same levels of privacy the rest of the HAC’s Spaces. The Prince Consort Rooms are perfect for Christmas Parties, Summer Parties or any other large company celebration.
The West Albert Room also forms part of the Prince Consort Rooms as an additional breakout Space for an additional 250 Guests.
5. Queen’s Room
Arguably the venue’s most versatile room, the Queen’s Room provides the ideal Space for meetings, dinners or even team building sessions.
Similar to The Ante Room, the Queen’s Room possesses high ceilings and large windows. This provides a light, airy atmosphere in which to entertain and collaborate.
As well as being a superb Space in its own right, the Queen’s Room can also be used in conjunction with the Prince Consort Rooms as a syndicate room.
6. The Court Room
The Court Room is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drinks reception.
