We’ve designed a brand new messaging page with speed and convenience at the forefront of our minds. It’s got all the enquiry info you need at a glance, including details that allow you to personalise your message – and we all know guests love a tailored response!
New message templates
This is the biggie – you asked and we delivered! Introducing, Templates. You can now create templated messages that can be quickly selected and customised each time you message a lead. This will cut down your messaging time to seconds and increase the number of leads you can go for, no matter how much (or little) time you spend using the Lead Feed each day.
Templated messages bring more than just speed improvements though. You can create an unlimited number, so no matter what the occasion or the space you’d like to put forward, you can have the perfect response pre-prepared and ready to go.
Templates also ensure that each of your venue teams are consistent and on brand with the messages they are sending out, with minimal effort, meaning you can create a great first impression every single time.
